We have… I’m guessing it’s hot enough in Tevinter that you don’t do this, but we have this thing, you sit in a hot wooden sauna for a while and you sweat like a pig, until it’s so hot you can barely stand it, and then you run outside and jump into the snow. Or jump in a frozen lake. It’s good for sore muscles and it fucks you right up but, like, in a good way.
